Executive Focus

FOUNDATION WORKSTYLE

This is a process that installs best work practice with executives and their secretaries and PAs. It is designed to increase the executive's focus and time expenditure on strategy, planning, priority matters and their execution. It also reduces executive stress.

The process is consultative and the practices that are installed are:-
1. Selected by the executive and
2. Tailored to the work style of the executive.
It is accomplished through individual coaching sessions over several months.

Some key features that are particularly valuable to senior executives: -
Our Executive Time Management process causes the executive to identify in no more than 6-8 broad categories how he/she spends 100% of their time. Such categories may include board meetings, executive committee meetings, investor relations meetings, one to one meetings with direct team members, project work, the processing of in-tray and e-mails etc.
